    • Therapeutic approaches

    • Coaching

    • Teaching ‘learning to learn’ skills

    • Teaching emotional well being skills

Support can be provided to meet the needs of groups and classes of pupils. For example, through:

  • Group problem solving with pupils and/or key staff

  • Analysis of progress

  • Analysis of behaviour

  • Direct group work

    • therapeutic approaches

    • social skills

    • Teaching ‘learning to learn’ skills

    • Teaching emotional wellbeing skills

Training and supervision can also be provided to school staff to enable them to deliver interventions and develop sustainable practices.

Support can be provided to identify and meet the needs of whole departments and schools. For example, through:

  • Whole school audit/review focused on for example, emotional wellbeing or SEND

  • Policy review and development

  • Whole school behaviour for learning development

  • Whole school literacy intervention development  


Staff support, through:

  • Senior/middle leader coaching

  • Supervision – individual/group

  • Teacher mentoring

  • Training

  • SENCo mentoring
